BARTLETT BBQ & SILENT AUCTION

to benefit The Green Bartlett Fund

July 25, 2025: It was a huge success, and so much fun! Hooray! Many, many thanks to all our dear sponsors, friends and donors who turned out to support our project. We are most grateful to you all.

  • $20.00 suggested donation per person payable by check, cash, or PayPal.
  • Summertime menu to include chicken, beef and vegetarian burgers, locally grown seasonal salads, and homemade desserts by The Bartlett Bakers. (This is a no-alcohol event.) Plus, there will be DOOR PRIZES, TOO!
  • Over 100 silent auction items include antique furniture and collectibles, Maine-made fine art and craft, big game hunts, photo safaris, and other special vacation and entertainment passes, local restaurant gift certificates, autographed sports memorabilia and Hollywood collectibles, fresh seafood and other Maine specialties, and much more.
  • Bidding starts Monday, June 23rd on site and in-person in the Dining Room at Bartlett Woods (located at 20 Bartlett Drive, Rockland). Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Winners announced at 5pm on July 18th. Winners do not need to be present if they pay for their item within 5 business days; otherwise, they forfeit the item and the next highest bidder wins, with same rules applied.
